Our Chairman and General Manager Visited Customers of Turkey in September 2012

During September 12 to16, 2012, Miss Maggie Zhou and Mr. Kevin Zhou of Qingdao Duratight visited our new and old customers in Turkey, and the 5th Turkish Foundry Exhibition in there. This visit is of great significance for further understanding our customer’s needs, enhancing relationships with customers, and exploring new markets.

Turkish steel industry started in the 1930s, along with the industrial development. After the 1980s, with the rapid growth of the national economy in Turkey, its steel industry also got an unprecedented development. In 2010 its iron and steel products have been exported to 149 countries and regions in the world and the production of ductile iron and aluminum castings in home also increased significantly in recent years.

From September 13 to 16, it was the 5th Turkish Foundry Exhibition. This Exhibition covers various types of products of casting industry such as casting equipment, casting parts, coke, alloys, coatings among others. There are nearly a thousand exhibitors from more than 50 countries attended this fair which makes it a famous exhibition in the field. In the exhibition, representatives of Duratight had a good communication with renowned casting manufacturers and traders the world over, exchanging ideas, enhancing mutual understanding, and discussing the new development trend and opportunities of the foundry and steel industry.
